Legal Services
In addition to active client representation, Ross & Morrison engages in community service and volunteer work. Such activities include:
Pro Bono Legal Counsel and Cancer Advocacy. Ross & Morrison's practice includes advocacy on behalf of cancer patients facing obstacles in the workplace. We volunteer our time, pro-bono, at the Cancer Legal Resource Center, a joint venture between Loyola Law School and the Disability Rights Legal Center, affiliated with the American Cancer Society. Our accomplishments in cancer advocacy include:
- Unanimous jury verdict in cancer discrimination case, resulting in a $1.75 Million judgment
- Guest appearance Radio Voice America's Wellness Community Programming
- Sponsor, Cancer Rights Conference, 2009-2013
Academic and Community Work. Ross & Morrison lectures and publishes on the variety of business law and employment issues, including teaching at Loyola Law School and at various Continuing Legal Education business and professional seminars and publishing in legal journals.
Bar Activities and Professional Associations. Ross & Morrison is active in local bar and professional associations, including the Beverly Hills Bar Association Labor & Employment Executive Committee (former Chair), USC Law Center (Alumni Ambassador), and other academic and professional groups.
